Philippe Desloublières is a sculptor who works in steel and resin. The universe of his fetish forms is semi-abstract. Cultivating a sense of the enigmatic and the indiscernible, his work is embodied in forms that evoke both nature in germination and the human body undergoing incessant metamorphosis.
Drawing inspiration from the plant world and sometimes the animal kingdom, this artist creates abstract yet evocative forms—shapes that anyone can recognize without necessarily identifying what they represent.
